Cat Bigley is a modern Renaissance Woman of many talents: Personal trainer and fitness coach with a diverse background in movement arts; Mother of four adventurous sons and one hula hoop princess; and a citizen with a strong interest in building her community, having organized an annual Marie Antoinette Masquerade Ball, A Red Tent Woman's retreat, seasonal Fairy Tale picnics for kids in her hometown and her newest project, a budding network of facilitators called the EnerGypsies.

Cat incorporates building confidence in others, whether she is training, teaching, or raising her children. Cat’s experience in boxing and Martial Arts (she holds a black belt!) provided her with a strong base to build a business instructing diverse forms of movement art. She is a former gold medal winner at the Arnold Classic, and has coached other fighters to significant wins, using her skills to provide her students with the benefits of combative and defensive techniques. She has taught the fluid practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for many years. Cat continues to embrace new styles of body movement, and adjusts her teaching to accommodate students of all ages, shapes and sizes. Her interest and continuing curiosity led her to discover Slackline and Acroyoga. It has been a perfect transition, allowing her to explore a style of movement art that requires both strength and grace. Cat’s inclusion of these new arts has been welcomed with enthusiasm by her current students, and she was instrumental in creating the Acroyoga/Slacklining community that continues to grow in West Virginia and the Mid Ohio Valley.
