Ellis Smith at BlackSmith productions is just what you'd expect from someone shooting extreme footage in the mountains around the world.  Athletic, adventurous, talented, and willing to suffer to get the shot.

A self taught filmmaker, and avid eco-champion, we were lucky to meet him just prior to our second 2XtM expedition.  His films on backcountry skiing are becoming classics that will inspire and educate new generations of eco-adventurers.
