I guarantee you will learn to SLACK in 90 minutes or your money back!!! The Slackline Series is a unique practice that redefines your sense of balance and mental focus. This series teaches complete body awareness. It is great for yogis, climbers, couch potatoes, and athletes of all kinds.
In this 90 min playshop you’ll learn the basics of the Slackasana series. This includes standing (commitment), kneeling (core strength), sitting (focus), arm balancing (breath), as well as exercises for more seasoned slackers to expand their comfort zone on the line. All skill levels encouraged to come. No experience necessary.
*Intro to AcroBalance
Ever wish you could fly? Come to this playshop and learn the basics of human flight. AcroBalance blends yoga with acrobatics to create a playful partner practice. Through partner yoga, basic human pyramids, counterbalances and collaborative conditioning drills students will learn acrobatic fundamentals. These will give you the power to safely explore this rewarding practice. No partner necessary, some basic yoga is helpful. All skill levels welcomed. No experience necessary.
