CoreConditioning: AcroYoga and Slackasana Play and Train

This workshop will allow you to build a strong conditioning sequence that supports Acro and Slackasana training. We will begin with the AcroYoga asana sequence which is a comprehensive, dynamic and energizing flow that incorporates strength-building elements which inform the practice of hand balances and inversions. The emphasis is on building skill-specific strength to apply to your Slackasana (yoga on a slackline, a piece of climbing webbing stretched taught between two fixed points) and AcroYoga practice, deepening your sense of balance and mental focus. The class will culminate in Acro transitions to put your strength drills to the test! You will get stronger and feel more confident and comfortable balancing on your hands, even upside down!  Allow the wisdom of the acrobats to bring more lightness and flight to your yoga practice! All levels are welcome.
