Join Liz Williams and Ariel Mihic of the YogaSlackers for a weekly AcroYoga class! We have 75min to rock some inversions, washing machines, static balances, and of course some YogaSlacker conditioning. Perhaps we'll get down to some partner stretching and Thai massage, but likely we'll do more push-ups and plank drills. :)
