Join Liz Williams and Ariel Mihic of the YogaSlackers for a weekly AcroYoga class! We have 75min to rock some inversions, washing machines, static balances, and of course some YogaSlacker conditioning. Perhaps we'll get down to some partner stretching and Thai massage, but likely we'll do more push-ups and plank drills. :)

We are excited to be hosting our third teacher training this summer. This 9 day training will give you the needed tools to be able to teach the basics of slacklining to students in your community. This workshop will focus on partner balance and acrobatics; inversion techniques and strengthening drills; and a juicy Thai massage cool-down! Material will build upon what we covered in March.

All levels are welcome! No experience or partner necessary. Skills for first-timers will be covered, and challenging transitions for those with a solid AcroYoga practice will also be offered.
