Build skill-specific strength to support your AcroYoga, Slackasana (slackline yoga)and Yoga practice by deepening your sense of balance, sensitivity, control and focus. Each week will emphasize refining Acro or Slacklining techniques through core conditioning and calibration training that will develop, strengthen, and expand your practice.
Redefine Balance as you take an exploration into the core center of the body, the source of balance on and off the yoga mat. You will explore technical moves and transitions through Acrobatic Yoga to prepare you to reach higher levels of strength , communication, playfullness and trust. This includes inversions, backbends, transitions and arm balances with a partner and on the slackline. Ultimately, you will discover that balance is the result of energy, focus, and the ability to connect to everything that surrounds you. This Playshop is great for the Acrobat wanting to learn to slackline or the Slackliner who wants to learn acrobatics. Some yoga, slackline or acro experience suggested.
