SLACKRO: AcroYoga inspired by Slacklining
The YogaSlackers have gone mad. They are inventing moves that replicate the slackline stability with Acro. Convinced that most Slackers will find them easily and that AcroYogis will find them challenging they are in a mission to show the world the advantages of using this 1 inch piece of webbing to rediscover balance. They have created a flow that breaks all the rules: asking the flyers to balance themselves, and bases to create instability. The result? A challenging and super fun class that will make all your other practices feel like a breeze and will most probably make you want to improve your slacking. Join them to test your balance, stability, concentration and confidence. Are you up to the challenge?

In all paths of equanimity, one must feel out the edges in order to settle upon a middle road. This retreat is meant to explore these boundaries of restoration and revitalization, creating an opening for you to find your own comfortable and supported path somewhere in the middle.
Many days will include activities such as yoga, surf lessons, acrobatics, Slacklining, and AcroYoga. Youll get a chance to play and expand and try many new activities! To move in sync with nature, other days are meant to turn the focus inward with discussions on Ayurvedic self-healing rituals, guided meditations, Thai massage, interacting with the magnificence that surrounds you and time for personal exploration. Well explore how it feels to move boldly and fiercely through this world with confidence, and also how to find the courage and vulnerability to walk with humility and grace.
